Jennifer Baddour, LCSW
Jennifer
L. Baddour is a Clinical Social Worker, specializing in the treatment of
adolescents, adults and families. She received her Bachelor’s Degree
from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Human Development
and Family Studies with a concentration in child and adolescent behaviors.
She completed her Masters of Social Work at the University of North Carolina,
Chapel Hill, where her concentration was children and families. Ms. Baddour
has worked intensively with families and children providing therapy and services
for over ten years. She has worked with group homes, mental health facilities,
schools, and private practices. Prior to joining 3-C Family Services, she
was the Clinical Director for a Day Treatment Program in the Raleigh area.
Ms. Baddour enjoys working with children and their families to address the
struggles of developmental, psychological, and situational issues that are
heightened during different life phases. She is experienced in developing
and running groups for children from age 10 to college students. Ms. Baddour
has extensive experience in family systems theory and utilizes a cognitive
behavioral, psychodynamic, and strengths based approach. She works on-call
as a crisis counselor for the Chapel Hill Police Department and is a field
instructor for the UNC-School of Social Work. Ms. Baddour is a therapist
for 3-C Family Services.
