Jasmin Daniels, M.D.
Dr. Daniels is a board-certified psychiatrist
specializing in the evaluation and treatment of child, adolescent, and adult
psychiatric disorders. She has
particular interest in anxiety disorders: including
separtation anxiety, panic disorder and generalized
anxiety disorder; mood disorders: including depression
and bipolar disorder; and attention deficit and
hyperactivity disorder. She has expertise in
psychopharmacological management of these and other
psychiatric disorders and has also been trained in
individual therapy including cognitive and dynamic
psychotherapy.
Dr. Daniels is originally from North
Carolina and obtained her bachelor's degree in
Chemical Engineering at North Carolina Agricultural
and Technical State University in Greensboro. She
later earned her medical degree from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998. Dr. Daniels
completed her residency in psychiatry at UNC Chapel
Hill in 2003 and then went on to complete a two year
fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at UNC
Chapel Hill. After completion of her fellowship, Dr.
Daniels joined 3-C Family Services as a
child and adult psychiatrist.
