3-C Family Services, P.A. has openings for 2 full time psychologists.3-C Family Services, P.A. (3-C FS) is a thriving, multidisciplinary group practice located in Cary, NC. At 3-C FS, psychology, psychiatry, and counseling professionals work as a team to promote children's positive mental health and social development and to strengthen family relationships. Medical and psychological treatments are integrated to provide comprehensive care. Our clinicians combine individual therapy, group sessions, psychological assessment and family services to best meet the needs of the entire family. We are committed to research-based clinical practice through work with our sister company, the 3-C Institute for Social Development. Come and experience a true Boulder Model practice. We are a community of practitioners seeking people who want to be part of a community. We hold two weekly meetings – administrative review and clinical discussion to support that community feeling and for continuous improvement of our patient care. We use the experience and training of all of us to help each of us grow and develop as clinicians. We are looking for 2 people to deepen our knowledge base in the following areas. Assessment Specialist – The successful candidate will have a strong love of providing world class psychological assessments for children and adults. This person will have the opportunity to grow an assessment arm of 3-C FS to include part-time or contract psychometricians and other innovations to help provide comprehensive diagnostic and education evaluations. This person will primarily focus on assessment, but will have opportunity to carry a psychotherapy load as well if so desired. Knowledge and experience with autistic children is a strong plus. Family Therapist – The successful candidate will have a passion and training for family therapy as their primary therapeutic intervention. We are seeking to expand our current offerings of family therapy and family interventions.
